I am proud to share that I am joining the University of Idaho College of Business and Economics as an Assistant Professor of Management on the Tenure Track. It is an honor for me to join the Vandals family created around the University of Idaho - the №1 Best Value Public University in the West.

My mission here is to ignite innovative thinking in the mindsets of new business leaders and foster strategic perseverance, excellence, and respect. I will be teaching Strategic Management in undergraduate and MBA programs, which is genuinely linked to my research in competitive dynamics and firm survival. It is a privilege to serve as a faculty at the college with such an inclusive and warm culture.

I would like to express my gratitude to all my current and prior mentors for gifting their precious time. Success is built on the shoulders of those who sacrifice for it and embrace the uncertainty of the outcomes.
